China faces aging challenges and has set national goals for healthy aging. Aging affects the immune system, increasing disease susceptibility and reducing clearance of senescent cells. The “Immune Age” model uses machine learning on multidimensional immunomics indicators to assess and predict immune age in the elderly. This model helps assess health, predict disease risk, and assist in diagnosis and treatment. It is supported by Jinan University’s National Key Laboratory, supercomputing platforms, and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Institute of Geriatric Immunology. The project has conducted extensive research, including immune cell tests and multi-omics sequencing. The model will be applied in Guangzhou Elderly Home and 13 hospitals nationwide for elderly disease research. It aims to establish immune screening areas, promoting practical application and laying the groundwork for future commercial recognition and value.
