1. Necessity: hypertension is a disease with high incidence rate, high morbidity and mortality, but low control rate. Antihypertensive drugs account for a high proportion of medical insurance expenses in China, with a total amount of about 10 billion yuan. Exercise therapy is an important adjunctive therapy for reducing blood pressure. It can avoid side effects of drugs, have additional benefits besides antihypertensive effect, and can significantly reduce the expenditure of medical insurance. Compared with traditional exercise therapy, Blood Flow Restriction Training(BFRT) has the advantages of low load requirement, short time consuming and high efficiency. Some studies showed that doing BFRT twice a day for 2-3 weeks can achieve the effect of traditional exercise training for 2-3 months. If it can be widely used in clinic, it will significantly increase the effect of exercise therapy.
