ExPress Program closely revolves around the dual national strategies of “actively responding to population aging” and “rural revitalization”. By establishing a “Village doctor + Express/courier” health management model for primary healthcare (village doctor-led risk screening, health education and township courier fall intervention packages delivered to the door), it conducts graded health management of the risks of falls and fractures among rural older people, and therefore improves their functional independence and quality of life.
