This project aims to develop an intelligent home-based digital rehabilitation system for elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis and frozen shoulder, addressing limitations in current home rehabilitation such as lack of personalization, inaccurate assessment, and absence of real-time supervision. The system integrates wearable sensors, machine vision, and intelligent agents to provide personalized exercise prescriptions, real-time motion correction, quantitative functional assessment, and risk alerts. A multimodal database will be established, incorporating medical records, imaging, sensor data, and patient-reported outcomes. Using retrieval-augmented generation and reinforcement learning, the system dynamically optimizes rehabilitation plans. A prospective randomized controlled trial will validate its efficacy and safety. The goal is to enhance rehabilitation outcomes, reduce medical resource pressure, and support healthy aging.
