This study aims to develop original medical devices “pulmonary segmental bronchial tubes”,a prospective randomized controlled applied basic research will be conducted for clinical subjects undergoing thoracoscopic pulmonary segmental anatomical resection surgery. After achieving single lung ventilation with collapsed lung on the affected side, the pulmonary segmental bronchial tube will be delivered to the target pulmonary segmental bronchial opening through the bronchoscopy operation channel. The target pulmonary segment will be selectively expanded by inflating the pulmonary segmental bronchial tube, accurately revealing the “target pulmonary segment anatomical boundary map”, helping thoracic surgeons quickly and accurately identify the anatomical range of the target pulmonary segment during surgery, verify its clinical safety and effectiveness.
