Project Description

The Next Generation of Virtual Reality Therapeutics

Simon Bruntse Andersen, MSc, and Steen Vejen Petersen, MSc | Syncsense
Competition Sponsor: EIT Health
Awardee Year: 2020

We are combatting age-related inactivity. Through the development of the next generation of virtual reality therapeutics, we strive to prevent inactivity and sensory deprivation.

Currently, we are developing a digital health product that enables caregivers to deliver VR-guided physical and cognitive activity as personalised treatment which empower patients to take control of their own health. We combine R&D expertise with a human-centered approach to technology design.

Our mission is to develop digital health products that bring research, care, and technology together with the ultimate goal of helping the elderly live longer and better lives.
